WEARFITS Partners with Łazarski University Fashion Program

Written by WEARFITS Team | May 7, 2026 8:40:39 AM

At WEARFITS, our mission has always been to bridge the gap between technology and the evolving world of fashion. Today, we are proud to announce an important milestone in that journey: WEARFITS has officially become a partner of the prestigious postgraduate program “Management and Law in the Fashion Business” (Zarządzanie i Prawo w Biznesie Mody) at Łazarski University’s Center for Postgraduate Education.

This partnership reflects a shared vision for the future of fashion education — one built on innovation, strategic thinking, sustainability, and real industry experience. Together, we aim to help shape the next generation of fashion leaders by combining academic excellence with practical, technology-driven business knowledge.

A Program Built with the Fashion Industry

Now entering its 9th edition, the program has earned a reputation as one of Poland’s most respected educational initiatives dedicated to the fashion sector. What makes it unique is its close collaboration with leading brands, media platforms, and industry practitioners.

WEARFITS is honored to join a distinguished network of partners that includes ELLE, Glamour, and GPoland Group.

Students gain direct access to professionals who actively shape both the Polish and international fashion markets. The faculty combines academic expertise with hands-on industry experience, offering students a truly practical understanding of the business.

Among the experts involved in the program are:

  • Katarzyna Dąbrowska, Editor-in-Chief of ELLE Polska
  • Zuzanna Krzątała, Editor-in-Chief of Harper’s Bazaar Polska
  • Specialists from GPoland Group, the largest multibrand fashion agency in Central and Eastern Europe
  • Sustainability leaders such as Martyna Zastawna (founder of woshwosh) and Piotr Oksza-Łapicki from H&M

Bringing Technology into Fashion Education

A key part of WEARFITS’ involvement is the participation of Kasia Gola, Head of Marketing at WEARFITS and founder of GeekGoesChic, who joins the faculty as a lecturer focused on New Technologies in the Fashion Industry.

Drawing from her experience working with global companies such as Google, Microsoft, and PayPal, Kasia introduces students to the technologies transforming modern fashion business models.

Her classes, part of Module II: Strategy, Sales, and Business Development, explore topics including:

  • 3D virtualization
  • Augmented reality
  • AI-driven business optimization
  • Data-driven decision-making
  • Digital customer experience and virtual try-ons

In today’s market, understanding technology is no longer optional. Kasia’s sessions help students understand not only the creative side of fashion, but also the technological infrastructure that increasingly determines brand success.

Learning Through Real Industry Experience

One of the main reasons WEARFITS chose to partner with this program is its strong “learning by doing” philosophy.

The postgraduate course spans 224 hours over one academic year and focuses on practical experience rather than purely theoretical learning.

Fashion Case Lab

Students work on real business cases and industry challenges currently faced by fashion companies. This hands-on approach develops strategic thinking, analytical skills, and practical problem-solving abilities essential for managers, entrepreneurs, and future fashion leaders.

Exclusive Study Visits

Participants also gain behind-the-scenes access to some of the industry’s most important organizations through five exclusive study visits:

  • ELLE Editorial Office — understanding fashion media, storytelling, and brand communication
  • LPP Headquarters — observing the full product lifecycle from concept to global distribution
  • GPoland Showroom — exploring premium and multibrand business models
  • Wtórpol — visiting Europe’s largest clothing waste sorting facility to better understand sustainability challenges
  • Central Museum of Textiles in Łódź — learning about the historical and industrial foundations of fashion and textiles

Comprehensive Curriculum Covering the Entire Fashion Ecosystem

The program is structured into six modules designed to provide a complete 360-degree understanding of the fashion business:

Module I — Law as a Tool

Intellectual property, brand protection, contracts, and e-commerce law.

Module II — Strategy and Sales

Business development, budgeting, e-commerce, international expansion, and the impact of technology on fashion business models.

Module III — Product Strategy

Material science, trend forecasting, collection development, and product management.

Module IV — Communication and Branding

Storytelling, social media strategy, PR, influencer collaboration, and fashion event management.

Module V — Sustainability and Circular Models

Eco-design, circular business models, resale, rental, reuse, and sustainable fashion operations.

Module VI — Diploma Seminar

A final project and examination confirming students’ expertise and practical knowledge.

Why This Partnership Matters to WEARFITS

For WEARFITS, this collaboration is about much more than visibility. It represents participation in a mature educational ecosystem built in close dialogue with the real needs of the fashion market.

As emphasized by the program director, Dr. Agnieszka Oleksyn-Wajda, the course was designed to respond directly to industry demands — demands that WEARFITS addresses every day through its technological solutions.

We strongly believe the future of fashion will be:

  • technology-enabled
  • data-driven
  • strategically managed
  • sustainability-focused

Whether you are a fashion entrepreneur, legal professional, marketer, designer, or retail specialist, understanding the intersection of business, law, and technology has become essential.

Graduates often describe the program as “gaining ten years of industry experience in one year” thanks to its intensive practical structure and valuable networking opportunities.

Exclusive WEARFITS Opportunity for Designers

As part of this partnership, designers enrolled in the program will receive promotional access to WEARFITS solutions.

Participants will have the opportunity to experiment with professional 3D virtualization tools, explore digital fashion workflows, and learn how emerging technologies are reshaping customer experiences and fashion operations.
